History has shown that clear and well-defined requirements are key to successful projects. Improve your elicitation skills and ensure business objectives are met every time by attending my upcoming Business Analysis training course!

This seven-week course gives you the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct business analysis work following the framework set forth by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). You will learn techniques for eliciting requirements from stakeholders, conducting an enterprise analysis, and managing the business analysis tasks effectively within any organization. This course runs two evenings per week for 7 weeks. This format allows you to apply what you learn back on the job in between sessions. The integration of learning and real-world application increases retention and reinforces the concepts learned.

This course is eligible for PDU credits.

About Author

Scott Fabel is a senior corporate training consultant with Computer Aid, Inc. He has over 18 years of experience working with various Fortune 1000 companies on Help Desk Implementations, Microsoft Technologies, Business Analysis, and Project Management. This includes both consultative services and customized training programs. He is HDI certified, PMP certified, CBAP certified, and a MCT. Scott has been teaching others business skills, professional skills, and technical skills for more than 13 years. He is a faculty fellow at the University of Delaware and is currently pursuing his doctorate in education for which his dissertation will focus on the benefits of corporate training and mobile learning. He speaks three languages and was recently inducted into the International Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
